My name is Sara Mendieta and I am a Nicaraguan artist currently living in Missouri. I am an digital illustrator, designer and animator aspiring. I earned Graphic design Associate in Fine Arts degree from St. Charles Community College and I am currently continuing my education with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Animation at Kansas City Art Institute. ​​​​​​
I’ve never been great with words that is why illustration means so much to me. Through my work, I share pieces of myself, my emotions, my thoughts, and even my fears. Turning the ideas in my head into something visual still amazes me, and I’m grateful for the chance to share that part of myself with you.
